ArtScience Museum at Marina Bay Sands

ArtScience Museum, situated in Marina Bay Sands of Singapore City, is the world's first museum dedicated to the presentation of ArtScience, a study of creativity process. In addition to its permanent exhibition, that showcases how creative minds meld the disciplines of art and science to make objects that transform our world,the museum also presents touring exhibitions from the most renowned collections in the world. Designed by architect Moshe Safdie, the building is anchored by a round base in the middle with ten extensions, or "fingers” reminiscent of a lotus flower. The museum is often referred to as "The Welcoming Hand of Singapore". The design of the building has sustainable features. Rainwater is harvested and channelled down the center of the building, flowing through its bowl-shaped roof into a reflecting pond at the lowest level of the building. The rainwater is then recycled for further use in the museum.

Future Cities Laboratory (FCL)

The Singapore-ETH Centre for Global Environmental Sustainability (SEC) in Singapore was established as a collaboration between the National Research Foundation of Singapore and ETH Zurich in 2010. It is an institution that frames a number of research programmes, the first of which is the Future Cities Laboratory (FCL). The SEC strengthens the capacity of Singapore and Switzerland to research, understand and actively respond to the challenges of global environmental sustainability. It actively collaborates with local universities and research institutes and engages researchers with industry to facilitate technology transfer for the benefit of the public.

The Esplanade Bridge is a 260 meter-long (850 ft.) road bridge that spans across the mouth of the Singapore River in Singapore with the Esplanade - Theatres on the Bay on its northern abutment and the Merlion on the southern. The 70 meter-wide low-level concrete arched bridge with a unique underpass where cultural activities have begun to flourish. The underpass space is 35 by 20 meters and with good acoustics and ideally located near a park has a good amount of pedestrian traffic, offering a good audience to all those performing.

Independent Archive and Resource Centre (IARC)

The independent archive and resource centre, is intended to be developed as a professional archive of visual art practices and other cultural manifestations in Singapore. The focus of the archive, especially at its initial stage, is art practices that benefit from archival support — such as visual art practices that are ephemeral, time-based, event and/or specific or that may not be conserved in conventional institutional environments or practices. A project proposed by Lee Wen, June Yap, Kai Lam, Jason Lee, Hafiz Nasir, Koh Nguang How with the assistance and collaborations of various artists, cultural workers and friends. Many serious minded colleagues of repute and note, younger ones of intense enthusiasm and courageous energies, famed and unknown spirits of inspired momentary wisdom, even dissenting doubters of authentic integrity have contributed to our destined desire in setting up the independent archive and resource centre.

Open Stage library@esplanade

The library@esplanade was officially opened on 12 September 2002 by Minister Khaw Boon Wan. It is Singapore’s first library dedicated to the performing arts. Due to its niche focus, the library is located within the Esplanade performing arts complex. The library@esplanade is a bustling library with a lively programming schedule. The library regularly holds talks and performances by artists, scholars and critics at the Open Stage, as well as displays and exhibitions related to the performing arts in its various exhibition spaces.

Goodman Art Center Gallery

Nestled within the culturally rich Mountbatten district, the 7 acre Goodman Arts Centre is a mere 15 minutes drive from the city centre and 5 minutes walk from the nearest Mountbatten MRT Station. Japan Creative Center Singapore

The JCC is a single-story building was provided by the Singaporean government to house the Centre. The main theme of the center is "Innovation and tradition” and this pursued by the center in several ways: The Centre showcases Japan’s “soft power,” such as pop-culture and traditional arts, besides creating space for experiencing the charms of Japan; the Centre’s highlights of “Cool Japan” include high technology, design, gourmet, fashion, traditional craft, traditional art, music and movie, anime and manga. In addition to the exhibition space dedicated to exhibits and displays, the Centre facilities include a Multi-purpose Hall with an approximate capacity of 50 seats, and an E-Library equipped with computers and audio-visual devices. With these facilities to begin with, we hope you can help us further expand on our ideas.

Your Mother Gallery

Your MOTHER gallery was established on 31 December 2004 to provide artists in Singapore an alternative and affordable art space; originally set in the tiny kitchen of the residence of artists Jeremy Hiah and Lina Adam, it is now in the main hall. This gallery was inspired when Jeremy Hiah traveled to Europe in the years 1998 to 2000, there he met many artists and seen art spaces which are alternative, in people's kitchens, abandoned apartments, public spaces like corridors or under a bridge and even bombed buildings were converted to art spaces. Some of these art spaces were ephemeral and temporary.The location of Your MOTHER gallery is situated at the crossroads of Jalan Besar and Little India providing a colorful, exciting and spicy atmosphere, just across the street is the famous Sungei Road thieves and flea market.

Located in a 1950s Art Deco building along Selegie Road, the Night & Day Gallery + Bar serves as a cocktail bar and art gallery. The walls are free to be drawn on and the bar serves a variety of specialty cocktails.
